Payment

Our preferred payment methods are Paypal or credit card telephone orders can be made using your credit card, call 01493 667750

Items are only released from our warehouse once payment has cleared in full.

It is a criminal offence to use false names, addresses or invalid credit cards to order. Anyone caught entering false or deliberately erroneous information will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Contract & Goods

We always try to ensure all items are accurately described and available for dispatch within 2 working days unless stated otherwise. If an error occurs or an item is unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible offering the option of a full refund or reconfirming your order with the correct details.

If after you click to buy, we discover an error with the advertised price or availability of goods, we reserve the right to not supply the goods ordered and to offer an option of a refund or alternative similar goods.

We have the right to terminate the sale if full payment for the goods is not received in cleared funds or the terms of this agreement are breached in any way.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. If this is the case, it is normally stated within the advert.

You agree that e-mail is the primary means of communication.

All prices include VAT at 20%. All purchases come with a full VAT invoice. Items being sent out of the EU are the same price but there is no VAT on these sales.

Shipping & Delivery

Items are normally dispatched within 48 working hours of cleared payment.

After dispatch unless express delivery was requested orders dispatched by standard free delivery method normally arrive within 2-5 working days. In the case of a lost or delayed item we need to wait at least 14 days after dispatch before a replacement or refund can be issued.

We will deliver to the address supplied with the transaction unless stated otherwise.

Should we be unable to meet the dispatch time given we will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by you.

On goods that are sent with a courier there are certain areas which may require a surcharge. This includes areas such as offshore islands, Northern Ireland and some of Scotland. Please contact prior to purchasing if you are in or near any of these locations.

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the distance selling regulations we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any amount paid. On exercising your right to cancel you will be required to return the goods to us. Should you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred with retrieving the goods

Please check the condition of goods when signing for a parcel. Check there is no missing parts or if the packaging is badly damaged. If this is the case then please make a note of this so that we can process our claim easier.

For Christmas deliveries Royal Mail’s cut off date is normally 16th December. We will continue to dispatch items after this point but they may not arrive until after Christmas day. Courier cut of dates change yearly but we always dispatch up until the last possible date.

On items offered with FREE postage- this only counts for UK and not overseas. If you live in a remote location such as the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands or Northern Ireland, we may levy a surcharge to cover the extra carriage to these areas. Should this be the case we will contact you with the option of either paying the surcharge or cancelling the order. Remote postcodes include AB30-AB38, AB40-AB56, BT, FK17-FK21, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE,KA27-KA28, KW, PA20-PA99, PH, TR21-TR25, ZE

Cancellation & returns

You have the right to cancel the contract up to 7 days after delivery subject to certain limitations.

You may return an item which was damaged or faulty when delivered for a full refund. However, the item must be returned within 14 days so we advise all customers to test items upon delivery. We test all returns. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as faulty. In this case we will also refund your return postage.

You may return an item which is not as described for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as incorrect. In this case we will also refund your return postage.

You have the statutory right to return any unwanted item within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund. Under eBay's guidelines we accept items that are returned to us within 14 days.The refund will be issued once the item has been received and processed. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is damaged, faulty or not as described.

We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Before returning any item(s) please contact us for a returns authorisation number. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not have a valid returns authorisation code.

Please include a note with your return which includes the reason for return, authorisation number and your full name, address & telephone contact. This information will help us process your return more efficiently.

Items must be returned with all packaging in a reasonable state. We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is missing or returned in a damaged/defaced condition.

Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and sent using a reliable courier.

10.  Please return any item(s) using the cheapest delivery method, In the event of a lost item your courier will require proof of posting to process your claim.

11. If you are entitled to a refund for return postage charges we will only refund the standard rate and not cover any extra charges you decide to pay, please make sure the item is packed correctly but be aware that using a larger than required box or too much packaging can affect the price you pay when you return an item and we will cover the extra charge.

Warranty

Certain goods are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty. If this is the case then it will be clearly stated on the packaging or instruction manual. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If new goods develop a fault during their stated warranty period we will either refer you to the direct distributor or ask you to return the item for a replacement. We will not be liable for the costs of any return unless the item is faulty on delivery.

If the model you purchased is no longer available or has been through a product change then we will offer the closest alternative at that point in time.

If the goods are faulty, damaged or incomplete on arrival you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the goods to us in accordance with our returns policy. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue you with a replacement or a full refund via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs at the standard rate.

To the fullest extent of the law we disclaim any express or implied warranties with regard to fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that the product is suitable for the purpose you intend to use it for.

We do not claim or warrant that any information displayed or accessible via our sites(s) is accurate, complete or up to date.

Liability & Data Protection

We shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of your order or for any reason that the delay is due including war, terrorism, labour disputes, strikes, or any other similar events.

We shall have no liability including liability for negligence for the acts or omissions of telecommunications providers, financial institutions or similar companies. This extends to faults and failures of their equipment, computers and networks.

We take all reasonable precautions to keep details of your order & payment secure, however, we will not be liable for any unauthorised access to the information supplied by you. We keep only basic contact and order details on file. No credit card details are kept on file.

We shall have no liability for labour charges incurred during the fitment or removal of any faulty or incorrectly supplied parts.

c) Organisations & businesses who’s contact details can be found on the internet.

We do not buy, sell or exchange mailing lists with any other company and we will never do so.
